Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with Omni Flash. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

New Subscriptions — 7-Day Guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, provided you have not used more than 20% of the plan's credits.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email and the reason for the request. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are not refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Credits Purchases

One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been consumed. If you purchased credits and have not used them, contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

Failed Generations

If a video generation fails due to a system error on our side, the credits consumed for that generation will be refunded to your account automatically.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
  • Credits consumed by completed generations
  • Change of mind after the 7-day window
