1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Omni Flash at omniflash.run ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Important: Omni Flash is an independent AI video tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. "Gemini" is a trademark of Google LLC.

2. Description of Service

Omni Flash provides an AI-powered video generation and editing workspace. Users can generate short videos from text prompts, images, and reference materials, and edit them using natural language commands. The Service is subject to change, suspension, or discontinuation at any time.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at [email protected].
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to generate content that:

  • Depicts or promotes sexual abuse, exploitation, or non-consensual acts
  • Depicts real individuals without their consent in misleading or harmful ways
  • Promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activity
  • Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Credits and Billing

  • Credits are consumed when you generate videos. Unused credits may expire depending on your plan.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
  • Failed or incomplete generations may result in credits being refunded at our discretion.

6. Refunds

We offer refunds within 7 days of an initial purchase if you have not used more than 20% of your plan's credits. Contact [email protected]. Subscription cancellations are effective at the end of the billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

7. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of the prompts you input and the videos you generate using your account. For paid plans, you receive a license to use generated videos for commercial purposes.

Free plan: Videos generated on the free plan may be watermarked and are licensed for personal use only.

Our service: The Omni Flash platform, brand, code, and design are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reverse-engineered.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet your expectations, be accurate, or be free of errors. AI video generation quality may vary.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omni Flash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your settings page.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
